Online products and services are delivered online via FTP/email within 5 working days of sign off by the client.

Offline products, printed products and services average time frame is between 5-10 working days following final proof sign off by the client.

3. Product/Service and Price List

Prices may vary for online products depending on the requirements of the customer.

3. Refund / Cancelation Policy

Claims must be raised within 5 working days of receiving products or services. If goods are damaged during transit a full or part refund would be available. In terms of online products and services, projects are signed off at different way points, a refund is available to the last sign off way point.
